Esprit de Course is a way to explore how to thrive in modern life, through an interdisciplinary and innovative mix of courses, experiences, interactions, workshops, and talks that combine everything from history and neuroscience to economics and literature, art and mindfulness to technology, social science, and psychology. It's a new, creative way of looking at your life, enriching your experiences, and finding your own meaning along the way.
The concept and curriculums are created by Flynn Coleman.

"BE BRAVE ENOUGH TO LIVE LIFE CREATIVELY. THE CREATIVE IS THE PLACE WHERE NO ONE ELSE HAS EVER BEEN. YOU HAVE TO LEAVE THE CITY OF YOUR COMFORT AND GO INTO THE WILDERNESS OF YOUR INTUITION. YOU CAN'T GET THERE BY BUS, ONLY BY HARD WORK AND RISK AND BY NOT QUITE KNOWING WHAT YOU'RE DOING. WHAT YOU'LL DISCOVER WILL BE WONDERFUL. WHAT YOU'LL DISCOVER WILL BE YOURSELF."
